Board terms are three years, from February date of election to February three years later. Officer terms are one year. Officers are voting members of the Executive Committee.*General Counsel and the Executive Director are non-voting members of the Executive Committee. General Counsel is appointed every three years by the Board.
Each member's term is shown in parentheses after his or her name. Board member elections are held during the annual meeting. The three-year term begins in the year that a member is elected.
