General Event Sponsor
NWHA will be offering a general event sponsorship package for the Annual Conference. This package includes a registration to the event, logo placement on the event website with a link to your organization's website, logo placement on event communications, electronic inclusion of logo, logo placement on the mobile conference app as well as before each session during the event. This sponsorship will also include logo placement throughout the venue on site.  The general sponsorship is $1,750 for the conference.  You can secure this sponsorship by clicking on Become a Sponsor above. 

Lunch Sponsorship
NWHA will be offering two sponsorship opportunities for the lunches that are provided each day of the event.  Sponsors will have sole recognition for their sponsorship of the meal at each lunch station, in the program as a lunch sponsor and before the meal message by the moderator of the preceding session.  You can secure this sponsorship opportunity by clicking on Become a Sponsor above. The lunch sponsorship is $2,000. Please note there is only one sponsorship remaining for February 7th.

​Networking Reception Sponsorship- SOLD OUT
NWHA will be offering two sponsors the opportunity to host the networking receptions that are held on Wednesday and Thursday.  Sponsors will have sole recognition for their sponsorship of the reception at each food station, in the program as the networking reception sponsor and during the closing message by the moderator on the day of the sponsorship.  To sponsor a reception the investment is $2,750.  You can secure this sponsorship by clicking on Become a Sponsor above.

2024 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

NWHA is looking forward to gathering our members and attendees together in 2024.  Please note the exhibitor space is on a first-come, first-served basis and is now sold out. If you are registering to be an exhibitor, please indicate your three top booth choices using the venue map below when registering. 
  
Our show decorator and freight handling will be coordinated by Fern. You will receive separate communications from them as we get closer to the event date.  

Exhibitor: Each booth is 8'x10' and includes the booth, a 6' black draped banquet table, pipe & draping, carpet, a wastebasket and a full registration to the event.  Each booth is $1,750. Electricity is not included in the booth price, but can be added separately when registering for $220.
