2025 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
NWHA is looking forward to gathering our members and attendees together in 2025. Please note the exhibitor space is on a first-come, first-served basis. New in 2025 NWHA is offering a handful of premier booth options for exhibitors to choose from. If you are registering to be an exhibitor, please indicate your three top booth choices using the venue map below when registering.
Our show decorator and freight handling will be coordinated by Fern. You will receive separate communications from them as we get closer to the event date.
Exhibitor: Each booth is 8'x10' and includes the booth, a 6' black draped banquet table, pipe & draping, carpet, a wastebasket and a full registration to the event. Electricity is not included in the booth prices but can be added separately when registering for $300.

Exhibit Hall Setup: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. February 24th
Exhibit Hall Hours: 12:30 p.m. -6:30 p.m. February 24th and 7:30 a.m. -6:30 p.m. February 25th
Teardown: 6:30-8:30 February 25th, or 8:00-12:00 February 26th. Note shipping through Fern is only available the 25th.
