SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Headline Sponsor- $5,000- (1 available includes 2 passes)- This is the premier opportunity to get in front of the entire conference to give a curated 2-minute welcome to all attendees and is hands-down the most impactful way to go beyond advertisement by humanizing your organization and giving it a gravitas not available with other sponsorship opportunities.  In addition to the welcome, the organization will receive top placement on all marketing materials, a single logo on on-site sponsor thanks slides, and a larger logo on all materials.

Event Sponsor- $2,000- This is the general sponsorship option if you would like marketing exposure to the event. The sponsorship included one registration for the conference, logo placement online, and on-site materials. 

Lanyard Sponsorship- $5,000 – (1 available) Logo on the conference lanyard used for badges. The Sponsor has the option to provide a custom 20” x 30” sign at the lanyard station for all attendees.  The sponsorship includes one registration to the conference. 

Evening Reception Sponsorship - $3,750 (2 available) Select to be the Presenting Reception Sponsor at the evening reception with logo placement at the event, at bars, at food stations, and thanks from NWHA President preceding event.  Work with NWHA to create fun and themed sponsor recognition posters at the reception stations or bar. Also the ability to either be at a food station or bar to allow for a brief interaction with attendees for additional exposure. These sponsorships are first come first served for Monday or Tuesday of the event and include a registration to the conference for one attendee. 

Wi-Fi Sponsor- $3,500- (1 available) Have a splash page with your logo before attendees can access free Wi-Fi and have the Wi-Fi name include your organization’s name. Wi-Fi signs around the venue to include logo/branding as well.  Sponsors are encouraged to build on the conference theme and make something fun and engaging for attendees as they connect to wifi. This sponsorship includes a conference registration for one attendee.  

Lunch Sponsorship- $2,500 (February 26th still available)- Table tents on each table and logo placement preceding the event program. Special thanks from the NWHA President at the President’s Luncheon, and from the emcee at the Women in Hydro luncheon.   Sponsors on the 25^th will be recognized by the Board President with a brief update crafted in coordination with the sponsor and NWHA. Sponsors of the luncheon on the 26^th have the option to hand out silverware or lunch boxes to attendees to have an added engagement with conference attendees. This sponsorship includes one registration for the conference for an attendee. 

Welcome Coffee Sponsorship- $1,500 (2 available)- The Sponsor has the option to provide a custom 20x30 sign at the coffee station. NWHA can help coordinate to match the theme. Sponsors should indicate their preference for Tuesday or Wednesday when registering.  

Afternoon Break Sponsorship- $1,500 (2 available)- The Sponsor has the option to provide a custom 20x30 sign at the break station. Sponsors should indicate their preference for Monday or Tuesday when registering.  

Session Sponsorship- $1,000- (20 available) Sponsor a session. Logo placed on intro slide, and online in conjunction with the session, as well as the opportunity to welcome attendees to the session, and introduce moderator, and/or provide pens/notepads for the session. 

2025 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

NWHA is looking forward to gathering our members and attendees together in 2025.  Please note the exhibitor space is on a first-come, first-served basis. New in 2025 NWHA is offering a handful of premier booth options for exhibitors to choose from. If you are registering to be an exhibitor, please indicate your three top booth choices using the venue map below when registering. 
  
Our show decorator and freight handling will be coordinated by Fern. You will receive separate communications from them as we get closer to the event date.  

Exhibitor: Each booth is 8'x10' and includes the booth, a 6' black draped banquet table, pipe & draping, carpet, a wastebasket and a full registration to the event. Electricity is not included in the booth prices but can be added separately when registering for $300.

Exhibit Hall Hours: 12:30 p.m. -6:30 p.m. February 24th and 7:30 a.m. -6:30 p.m.  February 25th

Teardown: 6:30-8:30 February 25th, or 8:00-12:00 February 26th.  Note shipping through Fern is only available the 25th.
